Services

AnotherZero provides various services to assist your business growth and online presence. These services may include content marketing, website design, SEO, social media marketing, and consulting. The specific details of the Services will be based on your order.

Placement of Orders

Each Buyer hereby confirms having examined, to its full satisfaction, all relevant information pertaining to the Products, prior to placing an Order. Upon placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the payment obligations contained in the Order. Upon placing an Order, the Buyer agrees not to initiate any chargeback with its financial institution with respect to the payment for the Order.

Final Sales and Non-Refundable Services

All sales conducted on the Platform are final. Due to the nature of the Services, which are digital or intangible in nature, orders may not be refunded, canceled, or reversed once delivered, except in exceptional cases arising from unforeseen circumstances, which will be individually reviewed.

In the event that a customer fails to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined below (e.g., failure to complete required forms or provide necessary information), and as a result, the service cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued.

However, if the service was not delivered due to an error or fault on the part of AnotherZero, the Buyer is eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee. This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in the "Client Responsibilities" section.

Client Responsibilities

• Complete required forms and provide necessary information promptly, as requested by AnotherZero, including but not limited to any intake forms, questionnaires, or documents needed to complete the service.

• Actively participate and cooperate with the implementation of strategies, recommendations, or content delivery, including providing feedback within the agreed-upon timelines.

• Notify AnotherZero promptly of any changes or obstacles that may affect the delivery of the services.

• Provide final written approval of all articles or content drafts before publication or distribution. AnotherZero will not proceed with publishing until such approval has been received.

Failure to meet these obligations, including but not limited to failure to complete intake forms or provide necessary content, may result in delays, inability to complete the service, and no eligibility for a refund. Services are considered delivered once the client has been provided with access to the completed product or service, regardless of any subsequent feedback or action required from the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information marked or identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential.

Ownership

All materials, including designs, content, and intellectual property, produced by AnotherZero in connection with the Services shall remain the property of AnotherZero, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

AnotherZero shall not be liable for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have been caused by the performance or nonperformance of the Services. In the event AnotherZero is determined to be liable for any such loss, the Client's sole remedy is limited to a refund of payments made by the Client for said Services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the client agrees to provide all relevant documentation and communication to resolve the issue, including evidence of non-completion of required client responsibilities (e.g., intake forms). If the service was not delivered due to the client’s failure to cooperate or provide necessary information, AnotherZero reserves the right to defend against any chargeback or dispute and will present evidence of non-compliance to the relevant authorities.

Updates to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the website and Services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
